Northward is a clinical psychology practice build around the idea of orientation helping people find their bearings when life feels confusing, overwhelming ,or stuck.
In therapy, we begin by understanding where you are: you're patterns, behaviours, and emotional responses that shape your current experience. From there, we work collaboratively toward a clear direction forward one that is structured, evidence-based, and aligned with your goals.
Therapy here is not about pushing or forcing movement, but about developing an internal compass that supports steadier, more intentional progress.
Northward is designed as a calm, thoughtful space one that supports regulation, reflection, and meaningful action over time.

EDUCATION
CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING
I graduate form the American College of Grecee with a BSc. in Psychology.I am currently completing a MSc. in Clinical Psychology at the Hellenic American University.
​I am a licensed psychologist specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have also completed postgraduate training in Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety Disorders, OCD, PTSD at the University Mental Health Research Institute (EPIPSI).

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
I have worked at the Hellenic Center of Mental Health & Research in the Behavioural Therapy Unit, the Counselling Center of Hellenic American, and In Therapy. Through these roles, I have gained extensive experience working with diverse populations facing a wide range of mental health challenges.
MY OFFICE
Therapy sessions are offered both online and in person, providing flexibility to meet your needs. Online sessions allow me to work with adults from anywhere in the world, offering the same level of confidentiality, safety, and therapeutic presence as in-person therapy.Together, we can choose the format that best supports your healing and personal growth.

Research and clinical experience consistently show that fear does not resolve through insight alone. Anxiety is maintained by avoidance, while gradual exposure allows the nervous system to learn safety through direct experience.
Change happens through action By approaching feared situations in a structured and compassionate way, individuals can reclaim their lives and move forward with greater freedom and confidence.
